I remodeled our barn in 2014 it sits roughly 75 yards to the south of our house. You will have access to garage area ozone machine in a room for hunters available during hunting season. Loft is above two flights of stairs to access. One bedroom with two queen beds one memory foam and other spring pillow top also a air mattress available. Two couches in living room, has tv and pool table. Mini fridge upstairs and full size fridge down stairs microwave, hot plate, toaster oven and a large gas grill for cooking options. Bathroom is on lower level. Fire ring outside with wood provided just ask you put fire out with hose when done. From oct 1rst to Feb 1rst this room and another seperate room may both be occupied. Rest of the year I only rent one room out at a time.

The studio and the main house are separated but on the same acreage so guests can enjoy the privacy of their own space while still having as much interaction with the hosts as they desire. We have one dog and farm cats which are free to roam around the acreage so we do not allow pets. All of the animals are easygoing and family friendly.
